At Bodrum Foods, we take pride in the quality of our Mediterranean products and offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.
Approval & Labeling
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if the item was damaged.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After we inspect the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
